James (Jim) C. Stein

Jim was hired in May 2004 as MAP's first president. His role is to manage the organization and achieve the strategic goals established by the Board of Directors. Jim developed considerable expertise in logistics and management as the former owner of a local trucking company. He served on MAP's board for two years before resigning to accept a position as an operations consultant to MAP. He was then appointed President.

Rachel Dillon
Community Relations Manager
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in strategic communication from The Ohio State University. Dillon previously served as Vice President of John Dillon Consulting, Inc., a small business providing training services to car dealers. Rachel joined MAP Furniture Bank in August 2007.

Joanne Spoth
Director of Development
Joanne received her Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has more than 20 years experience working in the nonprofit sector, including Buckeye Ranch and Pauline Home Association in Central Ohio. Spoth is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the American Association of Grant Professionals (AAGP). Joanne joined MAP Furniture Bank in August 2007.
